Why My Pictures are All Blurry

Some things I have recently recognized as a problem with my art-related activities:

1. I have a "normal" digital camera, the kind without fancy adjustments and cost about $100 at Best Buy.

2. I don't have a scanner, and so my camera (see previous item) is my only method of uploading work.
